Overview

During the summer we rent from Friday to Friday to beat the Saturday traffic. Plus this  gives you a full weekend to enjoy the beach and a full weekend home to settle in.

 

We are one house off Central Ave.,10 houses from the Beach and 4 houses from the bay. The Island is very narrow in Barnegat Light. And Central Ave is very quiet at the north end of the Island, so crossing the street is not really an issue.  Viking Village for shopping ,fresh seafood, and coffee is a couple blocks away  The Marina is right at the end of our street for  fishing boats and daily cruises.

Ride bikes or walk to the lighthouse, mini golf,  restaurants, and  shopping. 

 

 

Open concept floor plan with cathedral ceilings in the living room/kitchen  and lots of windows give it an open airy feel . Partial Bay views to watch beautiful sunsets off the wrap around deck while grilling and relaxing. Outdoor furniture, back yard swing, Awning, and cantilever umbrella.

 

Paddle fans and Central A/C .  Fully stocked kitchen with custom built farm table, stainless steel appliances, convection oven, fridge with ice maker.

3 bedrooms.... 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the lower bunk and twin upper and a single twin. 

 

First floor game room with Ping Pong,  Foos Ball, Shuffle Board, Classic Arcade Game and Pool Table. We have Beach Chairs, Bikes, Helmets,  Beach Cart, Umbrellas, Boogy Boards, and sand toys.

Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior permission..  We do have a $200. pet fee per dog. Two dog maximum.

 

We provide everything you need for an enjoyable stress free vacation except for linens and towels.  Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided.  Please inquire for linen rental if interested otherwise please bring your own.
